I was born in the city of Atlanta,Ga in 1982. At the age of four I started drawing,and have never looked back since.I kind of knew I was going to be an artist when I was drawing Super Mario at that age and my mom and one of her friends said it looked exactly like him.I think I get my drawing ability from my dad,because he said that he use to draw in his younger days,but for some reason I don't believe him,because when he does draw they are stick figues,lol. The website site name," GT" is what my dad calls me sometime. My first name starts with a, "G" and middle name starts with a. "T",so thats how the name for the website came into exsitence. I recently got my Assciates degree in Arts at Georgia Perimeter College,and will be pursing my Bachelors degree in Graphic Design at Georgia state university later on this year. I also love playing basketball! That is the next best thing I like doing besides drawing. I really don't watch that much tv,but when I do it's usually basketball,football,prison break,24,family guy or the simpsons. I love to watch anime,and movies in my spare time as well. My favorite anime series are Dragonball/Z, SailorMoon,Lupin the third,Cowboy Bebop,Princess Nine,Dirty Pair,Full Metal Alchemist,and Full Metal Panic.

As far as my anime/manga drawing career goes. I started really getting into that when I was around 14. I use to watch Dragonball Z,Ronin Warriors,and Sailormoon. I use to draw the characters from those shows on a regular basis,I drew them so well that some people didn't believe I drawed them.They actually were right,and wrong at the same time.The problem was that even though I was drawing the characters,it wasn't my own depicton of them.I was just copying them from either a picture off of the internet,or pausing a vhs tape to draw the characters,lol.Eventually I started drawing those characters in my likeness,and people like that even more!

The three series that I mention in the 2nd paragraph, really inspired me to get into the anime manga drawing style. Not to say that I don't draw regular cartoons,or rendered shaded drawings of real life people,but I really like the anime/manga drawing style.

In 2004,my anime/manga career really took off because that is when I started selling art on ebay.I started selling my artwork,and doing commissions,and even participated in the TokyoPop Rising Stars of Manga Competition that year. Even though I didn't win

that just gave me more motivation to be a better artist.I'm curently working on my own series,and one day I hope to get it turn into a feature film.My goal is to be on of the best artist that ever lived.By working hard and putting my trust in God,and with the support of family and friends, I believe that I can achieve that goal!
