Hello and welcome to this crappily designed page dedicated to bringing you up to date news on Knoxville's greatest band! I play lead guitar and sing in the band so maybe I'm biased. Anyways my name is Nick Swan I started this page so all of our millions.......and Millions of fans could be kept up to date about what's goin on with Atticus. So currently me and the "gang" are in the studio working on our new album. We had hoped to be done by now but these things take time. Anyways, we only have a little bit of vocals left to be done and then mixing. The whole process is going very well and I am not alone in the band when I say that I think it is sounding fucking great and immensely better than anything we've ever done before. Though most of the songs are older, we tried some things that we hadn't done before and the songs sound better than ever. I myself played a lot of solo's very differently from the way I normally play them. Improvisation, what a concept. The album, tentatively titled "Notes," will be available at both locations of the Disc Exchange. If you don't live in Knoxville you can request the album by emailing me. We had some low-quality tapes at Disc Exchange, but they sold out. This new album should destroy that one in every aspect and we are really excited about it. We feel that all of our fans will enjoy this album just as much as we did making it, and without you guys(and girls, of course) we'd be nothin. Well that's about it for right now.
