Hey Mom? Is It Lunchtime Yet?

Life In A Multicat Household

Do you share your home (and your heart) with more than one feline companion? I'm talking about those rare (and exceptionally loving) human beings who are willing to take on the responsibility of caring for 5 or more cats. If YOU are that sort of person, then this is your page!
This is the place you can come to when you have a problem in your multicat family. If you have a question, I will do my utmost to find you the correct answer. If you have an experience to share, I'd delight in hearing it.
On this site I'll discuss cat health issues,as well as subjects such as; feline interaction within multicat households, fighting, the benefits of spay/neuter, declawing & cruelty, veterinarians, shelter adoptions mean saving lives, is there a dog in the Pride?, food and treats, toys...

In Your Own Words

I'll keep this space reserved for personal stories and amusing (or sad) anecdotes submitted by visitors and CatHouseBlues Listmembers. In multicat families there are myriad tales to be told. This is the place to share them.

A Little About Me...

I'm a devout lover of all the lesser creatures among God's creations. First in my heart though, is cats, both domestic and wild. I share my home, my life, and my heart, with 28 precious felines, and I tell you, there's never a dull moment! Every sort of problem and situation can and does arise. I'm also surrounded, every day, with abundant, unconditional love. Nothing warms my heart like a soft furry face rubbing against my cheek, or a purring ball of fur curled contentedly upon my lap.
Dogs? Sure! I love 'em all! In fact, in addition to my Pride of 28, 3 fiesty chihuahuas occupy prominent positions in our hearts. With so many cats about the place, it was easy to teach our Chis to use the litter box.
Birds? Why not? I'm here to tell you, that yes, you really CAN keep cats and birds in the same house.
