experimental & electronic music | homemade avant garde audio art
In the late 1950s explorers from alien worlds came to earth. Some of these explorers abducted earth women and seeded them with genetic material from their race. These women unknowingly gave birth to children who were half earthling, half alien. Other of these alien explorers were shipwrecked or abandoned by their fellows on this desolate, violent world. As they grew up the offspring of the alien explorers came to recognize that they were different, of a band of beings apart from the rest of humanity. Those who were stranded here abandoned all hope of returning to their home planets and assumed false identities, trying desperately to not draw attention to themselves.
This CD is a collection of music of the Alien Diaspora. Electronic music as a means of communication between like-minded beings who realize the horror of existence on earth, never to return to their true home, trapped forever in terrestrial bodies, and subject to all the disease, violence and mental anguish of life on earth.
Moog Rogue synthesizers, Moog Prodigy, Big Briar Etherwave Theremin, Rebirth 388, Reason 2.0, shortwave radio, delay units, sampler, and various effects -- processed with computer programs (Adaptec CD Creator, Sound Forge 5.0, Acid Pro 2).
This is some of the most intense on the edge electronic music you will ever hear. Eight tracks: "Brunt", "Grate", "Suffering", "Hide", "Twist", "Sway", "Culdesac", "Sweat".
