***NEW***NEW***NEW***
As we continue to try and assist our clients, the cost of housing has done nothing but increase dramatically. More clients are now eligible for our programs based upon our income limits, yet those clients cannot afford a home because of the extremely high housing costs within the local housing market.
To try and combat this increasing cost of local housing, the Department of Community Development has increased its "conditional" grant amount for the "1st Time Homebuyer Existing Home Conditional Grant" program. The new conditional grant amount for this program is $15,000.00 effective immediately!
