Receptionist - We seek an enthusiastic person with clear speaking voice and excellent phone presence. Duties include scheduling and confirming appointments for existing clients, providing a positive first phone impression, for potential clients, greeting clients when they arrive, collecting fees when they leave, calling clinets we have not heard from, and related clinet contact duties. Flexible hours with a good base rate plus additional productivity based compensation. No tax or accounting experience required.
