Non-profit organizations form a substantial part of my practice.
I served one of the largest non-profits in the country, with revenues of over $700 million, for over six years, most recently as Acting Tax Manager.
I have churches, unions, museums, foundations, scholarship funds, trade associations, and many other tax exempt clients.
I help with incorporation, including in the articles of incorporation the language required by the IRS for exemption from federal tax, state charitable registration and reporting in New Jersey and New York, annual audits, and related annual regulatory filings.
