Playa del Rey is in the center of Los Angeles' Pacific coast. My condo is two blocks from the beach. Minutes to the south is Manhattan Beach and to the north is Marina Del Rey, Venice, Santa Monica and Malibu.
From my condo you can walk to the beach, walk to many restaurants or walk to the pedestrian bridge to our sister city, Marina del Rey, the largest recreational boat harbors on the Pacific Coast. There you can view the boats or walk along the bike path that hugs the California coastline and watch the bicyclists, skaters and joggers, volleyball players and surfers. When the rest of Los Angeles is hot in Playa del Rey we are cooling ourselves with the continuous ocean breezes.

PACIFIC CLUB Condo is like a resort with two heated pools and three spas, saunas, steam rooms, exercise room, and racquetball courts, etc. There is a concierge station at the front of the building.
It is Mediterranean design with many garden walkways.
My condo is 1340 square feet and has a living room, dining room, two-bedrooms, two full baths, laundry room with washer and dryer, foyer and large patio. It has a fireplace, air conditioning and central heating.
You will find real maple hardwood flooring throughout the modern living room, dining room, kitchen and foyer.
TVs, VCR's, DVD players, and Stereo systems are in every room (Satellite TV). A 42 inch Plasma TV is in the bedroom.
There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
The kitchen is stocked with every modern appliance including stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, etc.
The large tiled patio is 700 square feet with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ.
Pacific Club is a security building with gated underground parking.
The second bedroom functions as a bedroom or an office where you will find computer with high speed internet access, fax machine, scanners, printers, etc.
I have no pets and I am a non-smoker.
