This firetruck is a replica of an actual firetruck used at the Hess refinery in Port Reading, NJ. It is all red with lots of chrome. Unlike the other trucks in the series, this firetruck only has one light - a red emergency light that rotates on the top of the cab. The light is rotated using a small battery operated electric motor. The firetruck is approximately 11" long and comes with a detachable 2-piece ladder that hangs on one side of the truck and 2 rubber hoses on the other side. Up top is a swiveling water cannon. Unlike the 1986 & 1989 Firetrucks, this one is not a bank. The box features pictures of the truck and comes with an instruction card. This truck is not only sought after by Hess Toy truck collectors, but also by toy & model firetruck collectors.
