OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:

1. HONEST, PROFESSIONAL ADVICE ON ALL PRODUCTS WE CARRY. We do our best to offer only the best. We only offer you gear that we ourselves would spend our hard earned money on. High Plains is committed to sharing honest information with you, the users of products we sell. In short, we serve you as we would like to be served.

2. COMPETITIVE, "NO HAGGLE" PRICING. High Plains strives to be a professional operation. When we were purchasing paragliding equipment, we hated having to haggle for it like you haggle for a piece of jewelry in an Arab market. High Plains presents you with a good, solid, competitive price on every item. We still need to make an honest living, but we will do our very best to give you a competitive price up front.

3. OUR DESIRE TO IMPROVE. As hard as we try we know that nobody is perfect, which is why we have an "open door" policy to your suggestions and comments. If we lost you to a competitor, please let us know how we might earn your business next time. If the High Plains service was great, we wouldn't mind hearing that as well!

4. IF IT A'INT RIGHT.....we will do everything in our power as a dealer to make it right. Paragliding equipment is engineered to last, if cared for properly. As with anything else, you may degrade the useful life of your equipment that is not used or cared for properly. As all of our distributors and manufacturers have been carefully screened, we are sure you will be happy with your purchase for years to come. However, if you have purchased gear from us, and in the unlikely event that you honestly feel it has failed you prematurely in non abusive circumstances*, High Plains will do our utmost to make things right. Period.

* High Plains is a customer service oriented operation. Our carefully selected manufacturers and distributors all have SOLID reputations when it comes to standing by what they sell, but offer no warranties on equipment (unless specifically stated by the manufacturer). Thus, High Plains Paragliding also makes no warranty, expressed or implied, for the useful life of any item for its intended or consequential usage, and will not provide any damages other than a return of the initial price paid for an item.

Of course, no gliders will be shipped to uncertified pilots. Thanks for your understanding.
