About the Band
Formed in 1998 at Yale University by lead guitarist Bryan Wisk, The High Council has quickly built local name recognition via its talented and eclectic combination of driving rhythyms and powerful yet creative guitar work. Eddie Brockner's soulfull lyricism and intensity provides the force that allows High Council to package its creative mix of musical styles.
