You and your children will love this Reading Incentive Program! It is pledged based, so no money comes out of your pocket. This is a great way to encourage your children to read. They earn FREE books by reading and collecting their pledges from friends and family members.
This reading incentive program returns 100% and MORE of the pledge amount back to the family in the form of award-winning Usborne Books. Children of any age may participate, and you may repeat the program as often as you like. This helps to encourage your child’s efforts and to add to your family library regularly with free books! (See the chart below.)
I will send you a FULL catalog that you will choose to select when you have collected your pledge money after reading. I will mail you all the information you need to begin this program. It will include the sponsor list and a wish list.
Basically you as the parent will help the child decide how many minutes he or she will read. Possible goals might be either 100 minutes in one week or 300 minutes over a two -week period. This is an average of 20-30 minutes per home school/public school day.
