consciousness,love, God, astrology, new age, Pagan ,shamanism, OBE, dream, zen, Tao,or etc) are
apt to have flabby or loosen or poor abdomen and buttocks or bad complexion or bad bowel
movement. Such people are apt to look neither younger nor happy(efficient). Most of them are apt
to be devious or languid or gutless or fickle(about work or other sex or faith),and apt to die of
cancer or heart disease or high blood pressure at last.How about you now ? I hope that you are
not so.

Intuition or realized hope is one of out of bodies (OBE). Something is projected to an outside object
from your body and something catches the outside object, and then invades into it or control it
only when you have not-flabby, not- loosen, not- poor abdomen and buttocks, good complexion, good
bowel movement and grow younger.As a result, you can judge the outside object correctly without
any beforehand information (or without astrology) or can realize your hope with the help of something
projected.You feel happy and look efficient.

To the contrary, something cannot be projected to an outside object from your body and is confined
toyour body when you have flabby or loosen or poor abdomen and buttocks or bad complexion or bad
bowel movement or grow old .Or, something is projected to a weird outside object(which weakens
and tortures you) or a needless world from your body and is compelled to connected to it-(You don't
need to learn such an out of body. It is waste of time. But,it is OK if you play with such an out of body

can not can judge the outside object correctly or cannot realize your hope. Hallucination(orvain efforts)

about 30 years to accomplish it.

Mr. Carlos Castaneda accomplished the feat to introduce the ancient

When I read Mr. Carlos Castaneda's books, I was much disappointed that I felt I
would not be able to write better book than Mr. Carlos Castaneda's 12 books in
future. I had written 4 books about the unknown world by 1993 in Japan. Since
1993, I have stopped writing another book, and have been studying Mr. Carlos
Castaneda's books. The world of Mr. Carlos Castaneda's books is so weird,
stupendous, awesome, mysterious, unfathomable, exorbitant, immense, and
inexplicable that I was sometimes completely lost, nearly drowned, imprisoned,
nearly bitten off, or nearly killed. Sometimes, I wondered why many Americans
have read such books. Sometimes, I thought many Americans and I may be
foolish to read and be interested in such books, too.
Fortunately, I have recently almost passed through, swum across, flown
through the world of Mr.Carlos Castaneda's books. So, I have begun to write 6
reviews about Mr.Carlos Castaneda's 12 books in my homepages since June in
1999. Then, I have rewritten them and gathered together most of them for a
book. When I begun to read his books 11 years ago, I had no confidence to write
in more detail than his books at all. Reviewing his books, I think now I can have
added my different messages to his books. It takes me 6 years to multiply the
contents of his books by about 30 %.

In conclusion, the beautiful, glossy, pure, not-sticky, dry, cool light (fire) in
abdomen, to beckon the spirit, to make friends with ally, to stop breath
automatically, to sleep without losing consciousness or being tired in the
morning, not-sticky cool sweet third attention, to absorb the peculiar feeling of
strong beautiful inorganic energy (of stones, stars, the earth, allies, the spirits,
the far distant universe), the space travel of energy body, to sniff-see-listen
to-touch such a peculiar happy lucky feeling ( light spring breeze, cunning,
beauty, growing, activeness, ruthlessness, hotness, fire, sexy, abandon,
confidence, largesse, joy, humor, smooth, clarity, transparence, peace,
sweetness, invasion, change, sudden big collapse, hidden phenix, sadness,
kindness, coolness, fog, sobriety, ripe, crazy and genius, swiftness, fierceness,
bravery, rushing headlong, condense, immovability, originality, detachment,
patience, coldness, water) are "emancipation", "how to become phenix", "How to
become another astronaut", "the keys to open the gate of the unknown, of
infinity, of another world, of the universe, and of zen world". Such a peculiar
happy lucky feeling can not be explained by the words of human being.

Mr. Carlos Castaneda's 12 books are almost enough. But, they do not seem to
make a point of stopping your breath automatically, sleeping without losing
consciousness, circulating your second attention in your physical body, burning
the fire from within concretely, cleaning up your central energy pipe, making the
beautiful strong energetic core of abdomen, flexible and firm abdomen, good
spine, the secret of physiognomy, good complexion, rejuvenation, fasting,
influence of other people and of devils, cutting the pipe of floating devil above
your head, good relationship with other sex, dependable self-importance, good
repentance, imagining powerful men such as Christ and absorbing the power of
various voices and of various flights. So, I have added them and explained how
to accomplish them in detail concretely in my book. Especially, stopping breath
automatically and sleeping without losing consciousness are very odd, but they
are one of the biggest purposes of ancient Buddhist monk and of Yoga Sutra.

The associated press LOS ANGELES reported that Mr. Carlos Castaneda died
of liver cancer at the age of 72 (?) in 1998. I think Mr. Carlos Castaneda would
have never died of liver cancer if he had practiced them. Needless to say, not
smoking is essential to research the universe and another world.

In addition, I have written about my space travels as a psychic
astronaut because Mr.Carlos Castaneda seemed not to be able
to have ventured out to the universe so that he had not written
about his space travel in his 12 books. If you want become not
only healthy-happy-efficient but also another astronaut or
phenix, you had better read and imagine my space travel of my
book so many time that your assemblage point (like a brightened egg)
can move to the interior of your body and make you fly into the universe.

PS: 2000 years ago, the prince of the big country (in theMiddle and Near east,
near Iran) wrote about how or what to stop breath automatically and then how to move
out of physical body in Chinese 2000 years ago. This prince wanted not to become the
emperor, went to China 2000 years ago and wrote such a book in China.

I tried to interpret his book 12 years ago in my Japanese book in Japan. It was very difficult for
me to translate it into Japanese and interpret it. It took me 3 years.It is because he wrote
anything very briefly. For, example, stop is flight, stop is medicine, stop is mercy, stop is
pleasure.It looked like a puzzle or hieroglyphic. You can understand or decode such a puzzle
instantly if you concentrate on your every breath all day for 3 weeks. You will begin to stop
your breath 2 weeks later automatically. I have written about his book in my English book
(Rejuvenation and Unveiled HiddenPhenix) , too.I think his book has been No, 1 classic of OBE.
Have you been informed that there has existed such a classic since 2000 years ago ? Some day
I want to write only about his book in English further in detail.

PS: I recommend that you will read the White Lotus if you can understand more than half of
what don Juan Matus taught to the late Castaneda and if you have awoken only once that your third
attention worked. It is because it has explained much more in detail about the third attention,
another world, infinity and supernatural power than don Juan Matus taught to the late Castaneda
(and than the scripture has done).

The white Lotus resembles the scripture very much.These have made a point of faith, hope, love and
creeping(abandon, cunning, patience, kindness).The white Lotus' author has been unknown. I think
that the white Lotus' author might write it about 2000 years ago in India after he read the scriputure.
But, I think that he had the same ability as that of Jesus Christ had at least because he explained
much more in detail about the third attention, another world, infinity and supernatural power than

Some day I want to interpret the White Lotus in English if possible.

PS: Don Juan Matus has taught us creeping(abandon, cunning, patience, kindness), lucid dream and
controlled folly. Creeping, lucid dream and controlled folly have taught us how our desires are realized
in the world of the first attention(this world).But, they are difficult for most of us to learn .To learn
creeping, lucid dream, controlled folly easily, I think that you had better read the books by Joseph Murphy
many times. His books are The Amazing Law of Cosmic Mind Power, The Miracle of Mind Dynamics, The
Power of Your Subconscious Mind, The Cosmic Power Within You. His books has taught us the same
things from a point of the different view.

But, I think that only to read the books by Joseph Murphy is not so effective to make your desire
realized.

To make your desire realized(that is to say,creeping, lucid dream and controlled folly.the projection
of the immaterial fiber from your body), you need firm and flexible buttocks-abdomen-waist
-thighs, not-flabby anus, not-flabby womb, good complexion, good bowel movement,vigor, rejuvenation,
satisfaction, not-stiff back, moderate eating, proper exercise and etc.

But, I hope that you will neither indulge in realizing what you want to be realized in this world (or curing
diseases of others) with the help of such a technique nor be proud of succeeding in doing so if you want
to be venture out to the universe and try to follow don Juan Matus or an ancient Egyptian king whose
consciousness has entered into the universe for ever without being killed.

Psalms 91-God Our Protector

Whoever goes to the Load for safety, whoever remains under the protection of the Almighty,
can say to him, "You are my defender and protector. You are my God; in your trust."

He will keep you safe from all hidden dangers and from all deadly diseases.

He will cover you with his wings; you will be safe in his care; his faithfulness will protect and
defend you.

You need not fear any dangers at night or sudden attacks during the day or the plagues that
strike in the dark or the evils that kill in daylight.

A thousand may fall dead beside you, ten thousand all around you, but you will not be harmed.

You will look and see how the wicked are punished.

You have made the Load your defender, the Most High your protector,and so no disaster will
strike you, no violence will come near your home.

God will put his angels in charge of you to protect you wherever you go.

They will hold you up with their hands to keep you from hurting your feet on the stones.

You will trample down lions and snakes, fierce lions and poisonous snakes.

God says, "I will save those who love me and will protect those who acknowledge me as Load.

When they call to me, I will answer them; when they are in trouble, I will be with them. I will
rescue them and honor them.

I will reward them with long life; I will save them."

I think that Andrew Carnegie and Mohandas K Gandhi, Edison, Lincoln(for example) were warriors and
sorcerers although they had not learned shamanism

Thurthermore, I recommend the book : The Book of Five Rings by Musashi Miyamoto (1584-1645,
famous duelist and undefeated Japanese samurai, sword saint),too.He taught how to control own
mind and circumstances as a warrior.He said it is more important than how to use a sword. We can
apply the timeless principles of this book to our lives, He taught that we had better learn them
everydayday patiently for long years.

When I first read early manuscripts of book, on July 2, 1983, my view of the cosmos utterly shifted.
I have never been the same since. You must be warned, however, that unless you have or will read
Casteneda's other writings, this book will not make sense to you. If, however, you read this with the
*intent* of reading other Casteneda writings, all will clarify and you will not *actually* have to read
his other books. Try it for yourself.

Five stars for finally coming to press after so many years. Five stars for clarifying all that has been
like cold butter. Books like this uplift even the masses who fail to read them simply by virtue of the
fact that somebody *might* read them in the future.
