PURCHASE PRICE
The total PURCHASE PRICE shall be $________, payable according to the following terms:

It is the BUYER’S responsibility to have a current coggins and health certificate pulled on the horse should it be required by the BUYER’S haulers or boarding facility, unless other stated above and initialed by SELLER.
PRE-PURCHASE EXAM
ALL SALES ARE “AS IS” AND FINAL ONCE THIS CONTRACT IS SIGNED BY THE BUYER. A pre-purchase exam preformed by a qualified equine veterinarian is recommended to prevent risk of purchasing a horse they may have something wrong with it. It is the BUYER’S responsibility to set up and pay for a pre-purchase exam. The BUYER may choose to waive this right.
BUYER chooses to have a pre-purchase exam and the results are:

ACCEPTANCE, NOTICE OF CLAIMS, AND LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
BUYER accepts the horse by signing this contract, and risk of loss passes immediately. BUYER is responsible for all board, veterinary maintenance (including but not limited to farrier, vaccinations, and wormings), and transportation expenses after the date hereof.
BUYER shall make no claim for any breach of contract, for revision, or revocation, nor for any warranty, misrepresentation, mistake, or other tort. ALL INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE INCLUDED.
**BUYING HORSES IS A RISK. MONEY IS NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON UNLESS STATED BELOW. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: LAMENESS, GENETIC DISEASE, ANY ILLNESSES, SKIN CONDITIONS, PERFORMANCE, ABILITIES, DEATH, HORSES’S BEHAVIOR OR TEMPERAMANET, OR HORSES HABITS. ONCE THE HORSE HAS BEEN PAID FOR INFULL, THE BUYER TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE HORSE, AND THE SELLER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, OR DEATH, THAT MAY OCCUR.
DRUG TEST
If there is concern of the horse being drugged blood samples are allowed to be taken BEFORE the horse leaves the property. Samples are taken by the SELLER and the drug test is at the expense of the BUYER and done by the SELLER’S vet. Any money paid into the horse will be refunded should the horse fail the drug test. If the horse leaves the property before blood is taken this option is VOID. BUYER has 14 days to request drug testing.

GUARENTEES, TRIAL PERIODS, REFUNDS
The SELLER has not offered any guarantees on the horse, any offers for trail periods, or any offers for refunds, unless listed below. This horse’s sale is final as soon as this contract is signed by BUYER.

This horse MAY NOT be resold at auction, or to any person who intends to sell at auction. SELLER will accept the horse back with no payment if the BUYER cannot keep the horse and for any reason cannot sell it. Other resale restrictions listed below.
