Hannah Rowan believes that taking life too seriously can be hazardous to a person's mental health. This approach has helped her cope with one husband of 29 years, and two college-age children who drop in and out of their home with alarming regularity, usually hauling large bags of laundry and hordes of hungry friends. She gets daily exercise chasing her escape-artist beagle, who stayed behind when her son went away to college.
Hannah has spent several years as a reporter in the suburban New Jersey community where she lives. She loves writing romance because the people in her stories do exactly what she tells them to do –most of the time.
