About Me

After all these years of watching people building their home pages, I felt it was my time. My name is Holly, and I'd like to share information on Organ Transplantation, general favorite places, and lots of miscellanous stuff. Enjoy!

My Family

My husband is Dan. He is a Manager in Systems Assurance at a very large company. Currently he is working toward his doctorate degree in business, go Dan!!! He's worked long and hard for this.

My son, Jeremy, is a Junior at Cornell University. He is an Electrical Engineer major, and currently works at Motorola as a summer intern. Jeremy is a wonderful son who has been there with me through thick and thin. He's also my closest friend I think. I'm very proud of him and love him more than I can put into words.

Ebby is one of my dogs. She's black, and about 26 lbs, and is the sweetest dog you'll ever meet. We've had her for 5 years, and plan on having her around a long, long time.

Max is our newest dog, a white poodle mix. He's so adorable, but watch out, he has bitten a few times. He's my personal little baby, and I adore him.


My Interests

Many years of my life have been dedicated to Organ Transplantation, and Organ and Tissue Donation. In July of 1994 I received and kidney and pancreas from a cadaver donor. This has changed my life. Please be an organ and tissue donor. Every year thousands of lives are lost because organs were buried with the deceased instead of being used for transplant. You can save many lives by becoming an organ and tissue donor. Sign an organ donor card today, and tell your family about your wishes.

My other interests include animals - I love most of them, and respect them too. Now they're not just dumb things on four legs, they have feelings, and brains,and intelligence, and so much love to give.

I like to read books, basically mystery types. My favorite author is Dean Koontz.
