Known Information

Charlotte Betz - currently residing in Grover Beach, Ca., had three brothers and one sister. James Betz of Richwood, W. Va., Warren Betz of Baltimore Md., Richard Betz of Sacramento Ca., and Erma Hopkins of Decatur Ill. (these were their last know locations) Their Mother's name was Mildred A. Betz, last married to Edward A. Mallison of Akron, OH. I know very little about the Blankenship family.

My Records

I was born June 12th, 1965 at Akron City Hospital in Ohio. The attending physician was Donald C. Snyder. I was placed in foster care in Cuyahoga Falls, OH for 11 months before being adopted. The adoption was handled through Children's Services of Cleveland. My name at birth was Tina Marie Betz. My adopted name was Jean Ann Splain. My Birthfather, William? Balnkenship was 5'8" tall, brown eyes, brown hair. He was 28 years old at the time of my birth. My Birthmother, Charlotte Betz was 5'6" tall with a light complexion, green eyes and light brown hair. She was 14 years old at the time of my birth.

I recently found out from Charlotte that I have a half brother and sister born in North Carolina. Terrance Shelby Brooks born Sept. 27th ?? Father's name was Terry Alexander Brooks. My half sister's name is Michelle Dawn George? born 05/30/67?? Father's name was Dennis Blumstenkle?? He was stationed at Fort Bragg. I would really love to find you both.
