| Innovation West
is a small Sole Proprietorship primarily serving the
Hobby community and small Industrial clients. The Company
is committed to developing low cost PC based and stand
alone Data Acquisition products. We produce Analog to
Digital boards, Digital to Analog boards, Digital Input
and Output modules, and Single Board Computers. We also
develop and sell software, both independent applications
and software to assist in the use of our products. Our
line of low cost PC based data acquisition units either
plug into the ISA bus of the PC or connect via the PC
printer port. We do custom designs or will supply
customized versions of any of our hardware or software
products in quantities as small as 250 units. We are
small, responsive and used to demanding schedules. Please

| HOW TO ORDER: Fill out the included order form and send it to us with your check or money order. Indicate the products you wish to order from the List and enter the desired quantity for each item. Checks and money orders should be drawn on US Banks and made payable to David McQueen, the Proprietor. To compute the cost of an item the option prices are added to the base price to arrive at the item cost. For US orders please add $6 shipping and handling, overseas purchasers please call for shipping information. Please allow sufficient time for your check to clear.
