Hailsa and welcome to ThorBjorn's Ice Caves (now Wintery Fresh)! This page is dedicated to all the Asatruar out there who aren't afraid to stand their ground in the face of religious discrimination. I am ThorBjorn Gullinbard, you might know me as Bjorn or IsaBjorn. Would you like to see a picture of me? It's a couple years old. Here's a picture of me with my new shield! I bought it at auction during Althing 19 and it was hand delivered to me at Althing 20. It was constructed by Haakon. Well worth the wait! In my right hand you can see the custom painted mead horn I bought at that same auction. Lisa Hornpainter did a wonderful job with it and if you were lucky you purchased one of her handpainted horns at Althing 20.

I'm rich and famous! Okay, I'm not exactly rich. I am famous however. An article about Asatru and I was printed in the Salt Lake Tribune on January 30th, 1999. It is accompanied with a picture of Ulfrafen, Hraesvelg, and I. I'm the big guy wearing the red tunic.

I would like to clarify something. I am not a racist! I am not a neo-anything! To some people Asatru is linked to racism, they are mistaken. Asatru is not about any political agenda. Asatru is a religion. I honor the Gods and Goddesses of the Norse pantheon. I don't hate or dislike anyone based on their skin color, ethnicity, or race. I don't discriminate except against racists. I allow people to prove themselves to be worthy of my time and energy. And frankly, I've never met a racist worthy of anything. Now that I have ranted I shall leave you to your browsing.
