An Innovative New Method for Disposing of Radioactive Waste

Only KAPL would build a new parking lot with dirt obtained from a radioactive landfill. And, only KAPL would manage to overrun the hot parking lot onto someone else's property. And only KAPL would keep from its employees for 20 years the fact that this unpaved lot was radioactive. So the baloney sandwich got a little contaminated and so the radioactive soil was tracked to the workers homes ... that was of no concern to KAPL management.
