Edward was in the Revolutionary War. He had a pension, S-31292.

Edward's Will: Bath Co., KY., Will Book C, pg 489:

I, Edward Parker, of the County of Bath and commonwealth of Kentucky do make ordain publish and declare this instrument of writting as and for my last will and testament that is today. First, I desire that my debts if any be punctually paid within a resonable time after my decease. Secondly, I give and bequeath to each of my children: to the heirs of Anna Storm, deceased, Joel Parker, Betsy McClain, Polly Wells, Mirram Craycraft, John Parker, one dollar in gold or silver each. Thirdly, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth, one sorrel mare, one cow, likewise all my household and kitchen furniture including two beds and bedding. I also nominate and appoint my son, Joel, Executor of my said last will and testament thereby confirming and ratifying this and no other to be my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have thereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 24th day of January 1835. Signed by Edward Parker. Witnesses: Matthew A. Hamilton, James A. Hazelrigg.
