NEW
INFORMATION
My
daughter,
Jane, has received access to my adoption file. This was because of a
change
in the Nebraska adoption law to include heirs of the adoptee having
access
to the information in an adoption file. She, Senator Carroll Burling
and
so many others, started this 5 years ago, in the Nebraska State
Legislature.
The law passed with an emergency clause on March 4th, 2005, was signed
by the Governor of Nebraska on March 9th and Jane had her letter
in the mail on March 10th requesting the information. On March 19th,
she
had the adoption file in her hand! Below you will find the new
information.

| My
name is NOT Richard Foss as I had thought.
MY
BIRTH
NAME IS RILEY FOSS.
I
was
born January
7 , 1915 in Omaha,
Nebraska in
the Douglas
County Hospital.
My
biological
parents were John Foss and Julia Galouski (?).
The
spelling of my mother's maiden name might be spelled incorrectly, but
that
is how it appears on the adoption record with (?) after it.
In
1915, I
had 1 sister named OLGA
FOSS, who was born
March 25, 1914 in Saint Paul, MN. She was only 10 months old when
I was born. My
parents gave me up for adoption and I feel that my sister, Olga, was
also
given up for adoption. I may have siblings who were born after I was
born.
Do
you know
anything about me, my sister Olga or my biological family?
When
I was
adopted, my name was changed to
LAWRENCE CARL KRAUSE.
The pictures below are of me.

If
you can help me find my biological family, please E-mail my daughter,
Jane.
Since I am no longer here, she is carrying on my quest. We don't want
to
cause anyone any problems, we just want to know about my heritage,
mother,
father, sibling, and relatives. We also want to know about any medical
problems anyone may have had. We will be grateful for any help.
Thanks.....
Larry Krause
PLEASE
THINK BACK, ASK YOUR RELATIVES ABOUT THEIR PAST GENERATIONS IN THE
EARLY
1900'S. MAYBE SOMEONE WILL REMEMBER SOMETHING, OR REMEMBER A STORY
HANDED
DOWN THROUGH THE GENERATIONS REGARDING ME OR MY SIBLING. TAKE A LOOK AT
THOSE OLD FAMILY PICTURES AND LOOK IN THOSE FAMILY BIBLES. ANY CLUE
MIGHT
BE THE KEY THAT OPENS THE DOOR TO MY BIOLOGICAL FAMILY!
