Leo's Italian Dressing
My good friend Leo Danna makes this
wonderful salad dressing next door to his parents'(Sam & Helen) cafe
in downtown Beaumont, the Quality Cafe.
The dressing best described as
a different and better kind of Caesar. The dressing is a traditional
Italian oil vinegarette, kick up a notch with buttermilk, Parmesan cheese,
and Romano cheese. The dressing is featured at all Jason's Deli locations.
Fat-free is also available, along with Brotherman's traditional Caesar
dressing.
