JERSEY ACTION RIDERS MOUNTAIN BIKE CLUB

Jersey Action Riders(J.A.R.) is a social and recreational mountain bike club based in South New Jersey, but serving trail adventurers as far south as Washington D.C. and as far north as New York.

Since JAR was founded in May of 1997, we have not missed a Sunday ride yet. That is a lot of tree-lined, dirt kicking, singletracking fun riding. We have been from Clayton Park in Upper Freehold, NJ to Jim Thorpe, PA to Brandywine Creek State Park, DE to Blue Marsh Lake, PA to Wissahickon Park in Philly to name a few. And we are always looking for a new place to ride...

With a membership base of 50 people, we are fast growing into a true network of like-minded trail adventurers.

For the winter, we have two rides a week. We have a night ride on Thursdays and the day ride on Sundays.

We lead two levels of rides:

Single Peak Rides:Fun off-road rides designed for beginner and intermediate mountain bikers.

Twin Peak Rides:Fun off-road rides designed for intermediate and advanced mountain bikers.
