Building the Snake Shooter 20'1" Jet Sled a Ken Hankinson design. Kens plans and full size patterns so far have been streight forward and easy to work with.

After building crossmembers and stem the next step was setting up members and stem on jig and welding chine bars to members
|
|
|

|
Finally starting to look like a boat after welding all stiffeners(extruded T stock) to crossmembers and stem. Ready for
bottom plate and skin.

Hull is uprite and on trailer. I still have a long way to go but its coming together. I wish I would of took pictures righting the hull but my hands were full. Just my son,me and a cherry picker it was
really a sight.

Next step front decking and gunnel after that I can mount the jet pump then take the boat back off the trailer so I can paint boat and trailer. After painting I can mount motor, fuel tank main decking and console, paint interior then figure out how I want the seats.

So far its been a real fun project, just wished I was finished and cruising the river. I still have a ways to go.
