Our purpose is to allow the users to access useful information quickly, easily, and thus take advantage of the information age.  We will continuously evaluate the informational needs of the users; the benefits to be derived from such an information; and the best mean(s) to package and disseminate the final informational products. We will strive to offer informational products that will allow the users to access the best available information quickly and easily.
