How many times because of needs have I raved and ranted?
I never realized until now, I took my salvation for granted.
I paused recently to think, what if it were true instead,
that Jesus Christ had never truly risen from the dead?
We would be trapped within our sin,
condemned to eternal separation from him.
What a thought! And one to make me realize,
what a promise from God, our Savior is alive!
