Joe Licata's (Assistant Superintendent for Operations) "unnatural and perverted sex acts"
Have you ever been charged with "unnatural and perverted sex" acts? It appears that the Assistant Superintendent for Operations Mr. Joseph Licata has been!!! Now the school system is trying to cover up the fact once more. Their denials on everything else is just like this particular snafu. Look at their website and listen to them call the facts slanderous. Yeah right! Check out the articles on micro fiche at your local library (October thru November of 1997). And the kicker, this individual still works for the school system.
What is it that those Baltimore City Police Officers saw happening in his car in Baltimore? Does Joe still have these tendencies? Does he have these tendencies on the job? Has he received medical intervention for such unnatural behavior? Are other
unnatural behaviors possible ... and what kind are they?
These are the questions you should be asking the school system as a concerned parent. Afterall. do you want your child to be around this type of influence? Why would the school system employ such a person knowing his background?
