Board of Education's General Counsel - Mr. Patrick Spicer, Esq. proposes new hearings protocol. Mr. Spicer in the HCPSS "Bee-Line" publication (a publication of Board of Ed. Meetings - see HCPSS website) proposed at the July 21, 2003 meeting that all hearings be closed to the public! Board to vote on this matter soon! Could it be that the issue of ASBESTOS EXPOSURE of STUDENTS was openly testified to and discussed at the "appeal to discharge" hearing of a former Facilities Administrator who caught them with their pants down!!!!!!! Shameful Patrick, Shameful!!!! Do you really want to be involved with hiding illegal activity from the public???
