I work in the facilities department for HCPS. You are correct in what you have reported. It's a well known fact that Jeff Ayers has been sweeping things like that asbestos issue under the rug. When the general public finds out more specifics they will be madder than hell. *********************************************************************

You've got it right this time! These two jokers have bullied many individuals within the School System for many years! It's about time that they are dealt with appropriately. Jeff Ayers rules by fear within the Facilities Department and has been allowed to operate this way since his superior Joe Licata turns the other way! This is quite shameful. Their superiors on Gordon Street need to put an end to this scenario since many individuals have been hurt by these two beasts!

Superintendent Haas: If your reading this, relieve these dinosaurs of their duties and clean up the Facilities Department once and for all. These fricken a##holes have been getting away with their tyranical activities for many years! The schools have suffered because of their rude and uncaring attitudes! Maybe you can re-assign them to supervising playgrounds or lunchrooms! Their attitudes have soured many individuals within the Facilities Department as well as throughout the School System. Others carry-on just like these two brats ... this creates a very negative impact on the individuals trying to make a difference in the lives of our children!

I was browsing your website, since I heard much about it! But, I must tell you, that you have only touched the "tip of the iceberg"! The Facilities Department over the years, has been full of management cover-ups! Anyone, who has stood-up to management with regard to safety/health, has either been retaliated against, or FIRED!!! As you probably know, a guy named Doug Kukucka was removed from his position, when he caught them with their pants down over an asbestos exposure and some other safety & health problems! They harassed the hell out of him, and Jeff Ayers retaliated against him every chance he got! ********************

********************************************************************** Mr. Kukucka, only wanted to make a difference, and should not have been treated like this! But, this is how they have gotten away with such abuses for many many years! When someone raises a concern, they are blacklisted by certain individuals in the Facilities Department. See, the one's that do this, are the one's who get promotions! Thus, YOU have a group of individuals who always stick together, when such issues are raised! Because they are a group, they are not easily challenged!!!!!! Keep preaching the TRUTH!!!
