The Dr. Atkins Plan is a lifestyle change in eating habits. I was successful with loosing weight back in the mid to late 70's by losing over 200+ pounds and kept that weight off for many years.
I quit the "Maintenance" Phase of the Dr. Akins Plan and have slowly regained about 125 pounds so I have restarted the Atkins Plan again.
