FOR OFFICIAL DETAILED ITINERARY AND TO REGISTER FOR TOUR GO CLICK ON LINKS AT BOTTOM OF PAGE

This will be the tour of a lifetime for all Shar-Pei enthusiasts. An opportunity to visit the birthplace of the Chinese Shar-Pei in the province of Dailet, located in mainland China. The complete tour includes Beijing, Guangzhou (Canton), Dailet and Hong Kong.

We will meet with officials and locals involved with the breed in China. Visit various places of interest to Shar-Pei enthusiasts as well as experience all the "not to be missed sightseeing tours and shopping extravaganzas" found on regular Asian tours.

While still in the scheduling stage, plans are underway to observe an all Chinese Breed Show Dog and Exhibition in Beijing and observe an official Shar-Pei show in Dailet, sponsored by the Dailet government, both shows presented and held in our honor.

For those leaving from the US, this tour will commence on Saturday evening, March 19 from Los Angeles LAX with arrival destination in Beijing, China. Everyone will be responsible for their own fare to and from LAX. Watch for airline fare sales to Los Angeles. Be sure to allow enough time for any possible delays, so you wont miss the 1:40 am flight scheduled Sunday morning!!!! Allow time for customs!

For those who live in the USA, we will all depart LAX (Los Angeles) at 1:40am Sunday morning for a non stop flight to Beijing via Air China Airlines. This flight is approximately 15 hours in duration plus a 15 hour addition due to time zones. For instance time in LAX is 140am Sunday time and in Beijing is 4:40 pm Sunday. Plus a 15 hour flight to Beijing, makes arrival time in Beijing Monday morning, March 21.

For those who are traveling from OUTSIDE the USA, should plan to meet at the hotel in Beijing on Monday, March 21, in order to take full advantage of the tour. Transportation from the airport to the hotel will be arranged for the entire group.

Those coming from outside the USA, will need to arrange their own RT airfare arriving in Beijing Monday Morning March 21 and departing the China tour from Hong Kong, one week later, Monday evening March 28, unless remaining in Hong Kong on their own after the tour has finished. Note: Hotel prices triple as of April 1st. Note: Returning from Beijing will require two entry visas to mainland China. So it would be best to leave via Hong Kong if possible.

The US contingent, will return to the US, departing Hong Kong, Monday evening, March 28, a week later, via a NON STOP flight on Cathay Pacific Airlines. Arriving back at LAX Monday evening.

We are using a fabulous American/China based tour company, ExperinceAsia.net, which specializes in regular and custom tours to Asian countries. This agency has a proven track record in making these tours truly a memory of a lifetime. When they say it's a 4 or 5 star hotel, they mean it. Fabulous, top quality all the way.

We will also have a chance to meet other Shar-Pei enthusiasts from all over the world who will be joining us on this amazing adventure. What a great way to make new Shar-Pei friends worldwide.

So far we have our Shar-Pei enthusiasts from Sweden, Belgium, Finland, England, Australia, Russia and elsewhere who have expressed an interested in joining us for the Chinese Shar-Pei Tour of 2005.

For those traveling from outside of the US, we may be able to help with travel arrangements to China if arrangements are made though certain airlines. Details to follow.
