About the firm: Early in my architectural career, I worked for various large firms- designing many commercial projects. My well-organized approach to custom home design reflects this varied experience. For many years I've specialized in the designingand overseeing of the individualized building and/or remodeling of family homes. Recent projects are near and far- and include projects in Argentina, Hawaii, the San Juan Islands of Washington. (The picture above is of the master bathroom of the Lett Residence on Lopez Island, Washington).
Although my many residential design have been widely published, I'm a "hands-on" architect (hammer in hand). I've lived and raised my family in four of my own custom houses. This, of course, is the most valuable architectural experience of all. We're currently remodeling a "'50s" Mercer Island home that was in danger of demolition..
