Kobbe is as fun a dog as can be.  Powerful enough to be too scary to pull you on skis, I had to buy a dogsled.  He has ten juvenile field placements including one first, two Senior Hunter legs and has a fourth in Open Gun Dog in a large stake (handled by Tommy Tracy.)  As a young dog, he has been inconsistent in his application but when he looks good he looks really good. 

Kobbe is an all-day hunter that can handle pheasant, grouse, woodcock and quail pretty well.   It takes him a half hour to focus and stop fooling around, and most field trial stakes are a half hour long!
