Training - Owner/trainer Jennifer Whittaker is available for training of outside horses - all breeds. She uses dressage methods as her basis for training, and can start a horse nicely under saddle. She is not a show trainer, but can start a horse before it is sent off to a show trainer, or can start your personal mount for you. Her specialty is getting horses trail and road safe. Prices vary depending on wether she boards the horse or drives to it. Discounts available if she travels to multiple horses. Contact us if you have a horse that needs training. Board and training at Mystic Rose is $425 a month. Stallions extra, and can only be taken under limited circumstances.

Board - Full pasture board available. Multiple large pastures, access to some limited trails. Grained twice daily, and we live on premises, so horses are observed regularly. No stallions. $225 a month.

Exercising - Jennifer is also available to exercise your horse. Prices vary depending on individual needs and travel time. If you have a don't have time to keep your horse in shape to endurance ride, or fox hunt, or if your horse just behaves better when ridden regularly, she can work them on a regular basis for you.

Horse/House/Animal Sitting - Jennifer also offers a full service sitting service. If you hate to go out of town because you can't find someone who knows animal to watch yours - this is your chance. Riding horses, walking dogs, cleaning stalls, staying in the house - all are options depending on your needs. Prices and availibility vary with your needs, your location and with the Endurance Ride schedule.

Lessons - Beginner/Intermediate lessons also available on a limited basis on or off the farm. Jennifer works well with young children or beginner riders getting them used to horses and their care. Lessons are $20 for a 45 minute lesson when done here with our horse or with one you bring. Prices vary if Jennifer travels to you.

Trailering - Local and local-long distance hauling available for your horses. We have a 3 horse slant, rubber matts, fold down windows with fold down bars on windows - very nice safe trailer. Prices vary.

Grooming/Clipping - Body clipping services available. $100 for a horse under 15 h. $150 for a horse over 15 h. Price includes bathing of horse prior to clipping. Discounts available for multiple horses. Mane pulling available. $25 for the first horse, $20 per horse after that if multiple horses are being done. There is also an additional $10 charge on a horse that is going from a full mane to a pulled style, vs just needing the pulled look maintained.
