Call the southwest district office of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, located in Dayton, Ohio, demand immediate action to protect the river! Contact Robin Piper of the Butler County Prosecutors Office at (513) 887-3492, demand to know what he has done about this! Tell him you know that this dumping is a violation of state and federal law.
