I was born on Tuesday 1st August 2000, weighing 7lb 4oz (3290g) in Gravesend and Northfleet Hospital at 23:36. I have blue eyes and brown hair. My birth length was 49cm and my head circumference was 34.5cm.

My apgar scores were 9/10 and the attending midwives were Norma Lindley and Joanne Seymour.

JASMINE

From the plant Jasminum.There are over 200 species.Tropical,sub-tropical and hardy,deciduous and evergreen shrubs and climbers. The flowers are white or yellow and usually very fragrant.Jasmine nudiflorum is the winter Jasmine.It is a hardy climber with yellow flowers. Jasmine floridum ia an evergreen bush that grows to about 3 feet with yellow flowers.

ELENI

This name has Greek origins but is also seen in Russia. It means torch or light and is believed to be derived from the name Helen.

SAFFRON

This is a spice taken from the long crimson stigmas of the crocus sativus.It is picked and dried and used for coloring and flavoring food.It costs a lot of money as it takes about 4,000 flowers to produce one once.The crocus sativus is a native of Greece,Asia Minor and neighboring countries and has been used for its yellow dye since ancient times.
