My 1998 Buick Regal GS
Powertrain
This car has the 3.8 liter supercharged L67 V6 engine, powered by GM.  The L67 has an Eaton M90 supercharger and makes 240 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque stock.  The L67 has cast iron block and heads.  It's equipped with front wheel drive and a 4-speed automatic 4T65E-HD transmission.  The car made some decent power when I got it, but none of my stuff stays stock for long.

Drag Racing
The Buick has run a best of 13.39 @ 104.6 mph in the 1/4 mile.  This pass was made in 90 degree weather, new bests will be coming soon with some colder weather.  My Best 60 ft. time so far has been 1.90.  This run was made with the following mods:
3.0" S/C pulley
The Other Guys Headers
3" off road downpipe, custom made by me with 3" cutout
SLP Regal GS catback exhaust
Thrasher Intake, with modified '99 coolant recovery tank to make room for intake
Home ported throttle body
160 degree thermostat
245/50 16 Nitto Drag Radials mounted up front
NGK TR6 spark plugs

Previous bests

I ran 13.59 at 104.0 with the mods listed above but without the Nittos, the headers, and I only a 2.5" offroad downpipe and a 3.25" pulley at the time.  The day I ran this time was a great day for racing, it was only about 60 degrees out or so.

The first time I was at the track with this car with the intake, exhaust, and pulley.  I only two runs in and couldn't hook with the stock tires.  My best time was 14.6, and It was also extremely hot out that day.


Modifications
The GS has lots of mods for more power.  The mods currently on the car are listed above in the drag racing section.  Currently, I am working on a N2O kit for the car, but It's not ready yet.  I'm setting up a wet shot with the Thrasher N2O TB spacer.  Other mods to come may include intercooler, new SC pulley kit to replace DUB setup, new cam from Comp Cams, limited slip differential, BGF comp T/A drag radials or MT ET streets for track use, hope ported cylinder heads, and possibly a modified supercharger.

Mods that have been either replaced or killed in action:

All 4 stock 225/60R16 Goodyear Eagle LS tires
Two front 245/50/ZR16 BGF g-force T/A KDWS front tires
TEP shift kit was removed for not working properly, caused erratic downshifting, etc.
2.5 inch custom off road downpipe built by me for use with stock manifolds
