Sanddollar Townhomes
We have available for vacation rental a townhome that is centrally located in the Destin area. The townhome is just east of and next door to Pompono Joe's restaurant on Old Hwy. 98. The townhouse has three levels and consists of a Unit A and a Unit B. Unit B, on the road side, is at ground level and up one level on the beach side. It has two rooms. A queen size bed in one room and a sleeper sofa in the other room. It has an efficiency kitchen, bathroom and private balcony. Unit A is up one level on the road side and consists of the upper two levels. The first level for unit A consists of a full kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath and private balcony. The second level for unit A consists of two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. If units A and B are rented togather, there are four bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people!

Plenty of Decks right on the beach!
The townhouse has plenty of decks. Unit B and the living room balcony have recently been extended out and there is a table with chairs and a beach lounger. Off of the Master Bedroom in 10A, there is a room we like to call the CROW's NEST. It gives you a beautiful view of the gulf and up both sides of the beach. It is a beautiful place to watch sunrise and sunset. At the beach level there is a large private beach deck. There is a large table with chairs and several beach loungers for relaxation! It is an excellant gathering area with room to BBQ. One step off of this large beach deck and your right on the beach! Twenty yards and your in the water! Destin has some of the world's most beautiful beaches with blue-green water and white sand!

Amenities and Activities
The kitchen (in all of the A units) are fully equipped with dishes, a jennAir range with grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, etc. There is at least one television on each level and at least two VCRs. Units A and B both have stereos with CD players. There are several restaurants within walking distance and/or a short drive away. There are plenty of golf courses nearby and an outlet mall less than a mile away!
