This is a copy of our sales contract and health guarantees for all puppies going to new homes. We always want our puppies to be taken care of under any cicumstances. If conditions occur where an owner can no longer keep thier pet, puppies may always be returned to the kennel.

Whereas, _______________________________(herein after the “Seller”) enters into this Agreement with
__________________________(Herein after the “Buyer) on this date of ____________ for the purchase of the above described
dog in consideration of the sum of ______________. The seller extends to the buyer the below outlined guarantee and limitations.
1. The buyer is entitled to have the above said dog examined by a veterinarian of his/her choice within 5 working days of the date of purchase. If the animal is not to be in sound health, it may be returned to the seller in exchange for a full refund of the purchase price. If a refund is warranted, the buyer must notify the seller of the problem immediately, and the animal must be returned to the seller within (5) working days of purchase. A signed statement must accompany the animal from a licensed veterinarian stating the problem. The buyer is responsible for the animal and all incurred costs during this time.
2. The above said animal is guaranteed against any congenital diseases for a period of two (2) years following purchase. Any claim against this guarantee must be made as soon as the problem is discovered. In the event a congenital disease does surface, the animal must be returned to the seller with a signed statement from a licensed veterinarian outlining the problem. After verification by a veterinarian of the seller’s choice, the buyer will receive a similar puppy of equal value when available. No claims will be considered after the two (2) year time period.
3. The above said animal may be returned to the seller anytime during the life of the said animal for any reason. The buyer assumes all costs getting the animal to the seller. No replacement puppy or monetary amount will be given to the buyer.
4. All guarantees are null and void if the animal has been subject to abuse, neglect, or improper diet (i.e. malnourished or obese) as determined by a veterinarian of the seller’s choice.
5. These guarantees are extended only to the original buyer named above.
6. The above items constitute a full agreement between seller and buyer. NO OTHER GUARANTEES ARE EITHER STATED OR IMPLIED.
