Meet The Family
Hi! This is a first stab at the McEvoy family's homepage. The current Patriach of this branch of the family is Liam F McEvoy. His lovely wife Chrystalla is the Matriach and rules with an iron hand - it's clear who sets the agenda in this family! Looking to the future, they provided themselves with 2 daughters to care for them in their old age (still a long way off they assure me!), Evangeline and Ariadne. We're based in the UK, in London apart from Ariadne. She's flown the coop and is establishing herself in Cardiff in Wales.
Although living in the UK, we don't originate here. Liam was born and bred in Dublin,Ireland. Chrystalla, or Chris for short, is of Greek descent. Born in Egypt, her family moved around quite a bit when she was young. She came over to England with her family as a teenager. Their daughters' names reflect this greek influence.

Our Favorite Family Activities
Currently the top bonding family activity is home decorating. Liam and Chris work on this as a team whilst the rest of the family offer moral support, helpful suggestions and comment most favourably on their efforts.
The living room is the current decorating effort - this project is now into its 7th year. It won't be long now until it's finished!

Our Future Plans
Future plans include completing the living room, preparing for a new birth in the extended family and for Ariadne's forthcoming university graduation. Chris and Liam hope also that eventually Evangeline will be persuaded to leave home too (or at least keep her room tidy, do her own ironing and washing, grow up! etc etc).
