"Soundness in Mind, Body and Spirit"
Kay Pedisich & Carol Kendig

Our Philosophy:   We strive to produce healthy dogs that are sound not only in body but in mind .   They should be good examples of their breed and excel as companions first of all.   We are responsible for all the puppies we produce and try to maintain lifelong relationships with all of them.  In short, we will always be there for our puppies and their owners, for the life of their dogs.  We also support any owners of our breeds that need our help, regardless of where their dog came from.
About Us:

Kay started in dogs in 1982 with English Cockers being her first breed.  She came from the world of horse showing and fell immediately in love with dog shows.   She has had several champion Engies and discovered pugs when she decided she'd like a no groom breed (hahaha).  She obtained her first pug from Julia Phillips (Jules) in 1986.   Kay also showed dogs professionally for 8 years but ended her career as a professional handler to concentrate on breeder/owner handling her own dogs.   She met her first client bullmastiff in 1988 and fell in love with them.   Later she obtained her foundation male from Brenda Gann Campbell of Brodmere Bullmastiffs.  Kay currently lives in Vancouver, Washington.

Carol  became a partner in Twyce Luvd Kennels in 2003.  After owning sporting breeds all her life, she got her first bullmastiff from Kay in 1995 and a friendship was born.  With Kay's mentoring, Carol ventured into the worlds of dog showing and dog breeding.  Carol brings thirty years experience with canine natural rearing techniques, raw diet, and holistic healing methodologies to the kennel.  She is dedicated to producing puppies of superior temperament, health, intelligence, and type.  Carol resides in Portland, Oregon (just over the Columbia River from Kay )with longtime companion Richard Surbeck.
We believe that if you are going to breed you need to be involved in Rescue in some way.  Below is the link to our Pug Rescue site. Kay is the co founder, Treasurer and Washington Director of Pacific Pug Rescue - an incorporated Non Profit Organization.  Both Carol and Kay support American Bullmastiff Association Rescue when needed.
