Karin

Born and raised in Trinidad & Tobago, She has lived in Jamaica, England, and is currently residing in Ottawa, Canada. At the age of 50, Karin decided to pursue her lifetime desire to become an artist. Although her painting started out as a hobby, she soon realized through her family and friends, that she indeed had the talent to produce some wonderful pieces of art. Karin's art depicts landscapes, flowers and the cultural lifestyle of her native homeland, both in oils and watercolors. While her first love is to reflect aspects of Trinidad and Tobago in her work, through commissions, she has branched out to paint scenes from all over the world. Karin has inherited this talent down through the generations of her family. Although she has had no formal training, her "God Given" talent shows in each piece of art she produces.
