Memorial-Day-weekend except for December 20 through End of February)
$ 750.00 + Tax per week
$ 160.00 + Tax per night with a 2 night stay minimum required
SUMMER PEAK SEASON (Saturday of Memorial-Day-weekend through Saturday after Labor-Day -weekend)
$ 975.00 + Tax per week during this time weekly rental only
WINTER PEAK SEASON (December 20 through End of February)
$ 875.00 + Tax per week
$ 200.00 + Tax per day with a 2 night stay minimum required
No checkout on December 24, 25 and 30
Deposit is $ 250.00 for weekly rental and $ 100.00 for daily rental and must be paid within 7 days to confirm your reservation.
We kindly ask to pay balance by check 3 days prior to your arrival. Thank you!
The use of the 14' aluminum boat is included in the rental fee.
For an additional fee of $ 160.00 + Tax per week (or $ 30.00 + Tax per day during off peak season) you can rent our 15' aluminum fishing boat with 25 hp Mercury motor (1 tank of gas included). Rental fee for the motorized fishing boat also payable 3 days prior to arrival.
(Boats, pier and boatlift are in winter storage from early October to end of April)
Cancellation no later than 45 days prior to arrival with a $ 50.00 cancellation fee and only if we can fill your vacancy.
Check-in for weekly rentals is Saturday at or after 4:00 pm.
Check-out for weekly rentals is Saturday at or before 11:00 am.
Bed linens, hand towels and kitchen towels are also included as well as handsoap, dishwashing soap, coffee filter, paper towels and toilet paper.
For guests who want to use the upper bunk or the queen sleeper in the living room however, we will only provide the sheets, comforter and pillows but ask that you make the bed yourself. Thank you!
Please, bring your own bath towels.
