How To Order

I am not set up with Visa and MasterCard yet, but I'm working on it!
All orders can be paid for with a personal check, money order or C.O.D.

There are 3 ways to order:
Automatically download an order form to print out on your computer
- OR -
Request an order form via e-mail. Just put "order form" in the subject line and I will send it to you as an attached file.
- OR -
Simply fill out the form below, submit it and mail your check or money order. I'll start your order when I receive the form and ship it when I receive payment. If you select C.O.D., your order will be filled and shipped within 48 hours.
