Baby
One of the last from the Tuffle race which the Saiyans destroyed, Baby grew from a seed the last Tuffles blasted into space where Dr. Myuu later found and grew it. He kills Dr. Myuu and travels to Earth. Somewhat a parasite, Baby tries to take control and kill the Saiyans. He is eventually beaten by S.S. 4 Goku.
Bizu
Bizu, along with Nezi and Ribet, are General Rilldo's top henchman. He and his partners can merge forming the Sigma Force Canon.
Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy
One of Dr. Myuu's henchmen, Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy is the genius for the Luud Robot and is a high priest in the Luud cult.
Cell
An enemy from DBZ, Cell thinks he might have enough power to take on Goku. Goku beats him easily, even though Cell is dead.
Commander Nezi
The leader of Rilldo's henchmen Bizu and Ribet.
Dolltaki
A high priest in the Luud cult, Dolltaki turns people to dolls and feeds them to Luud.
Dr. Gero
The creator of the Red Ribbon Army in DB and Androids in DBZ, Dr. Gero and Dr. Myuu have an idea of creating a new Android 17 to merge with the Old 17 thus forming a Super 17. Super 17 could open a path from the Spirit World to Earth.
Dr. Myuu
Creator of the robots on Planet M2, General Rilldo, and the evil Baby, Dr. Myuu wants to control the world with robots. He's killed when the parasitic Baby left his body. He and Dr. Gero combine ideas about Aritificial and Super 17.
Frieza
The transforming enemy from DBZ, Frieza tries to beat Goku even though when he's already dead. Being very cocky, he's easily defeated by Goku.

One of Lord Don Kee's henchmen on Imecka.
General Rilldo
The top officer and administrator on Planet M2, the robotic land, General Rilldo was created by Dr. Myuu and his main obligation is to bring the Dragon Balls and Saiyans to Dr. Myuu. He has many different forms.
Ledgic
The bodyguard of Lord Don Kee, Ledgic believes he's more than a bodyguard because of his power.
Lord Don Kee
The ruler of Planet Imecka, Lord Don Kee is a coward by nature.
Luud
An absorbing monster, Luud was an idol who absorbed doll-formed people. He was beaten when Goku and Pan hit at his cell, freeing the absorbed.
Para Para Brothers
Bon Para, Don Para, and Son Para make up the Para Para Brothers. They are sent by Mutchy Mutchy to find the Black Star Dragon Balls so they can bring the Luud Robot to life.
Ribet
One of Rilldo's henchmen, along with Bizu and Nezi. When he forms the Sigma Force Canon with the other two, they're defeated by Goku.
Sheila
One of Lord Don Kee's henchmen on Imecka.
Super 17
Created from the Android 17 from DBZ and an Artificial 17, Super 17 was born due to the brilliant minds of Dr. Gero and Dr. Myuu. He goes to Earth on a killing spree for his masters. Goku kills him with a Kamehameha blast.
Zoonama
A strong beast, Zoonama threatens people saying he'll cause havoc if his desires aren't fed. He says he can cause earthquakes by shaking his whiskers, but he can only predict them. In the end, he helps the people, warning them when to take cover.
