Thank you for visiting the webpage of Jack Sheldon, Jr.  Originally a Michigan native, Jack brought his enjoyment of playing percussion instruments to Arizona in 1971.  His training expanded from grade school days, through high school, into college and beyond.  Below are his current projects and schedule.
He is available for instruction and recording.

NOSTALGICS -- Harmonica Trio + One
(U PDATED JANUARY 25, 2004)

Led by Dick Lawrence of Mesa, Arizona, the Nostalgics have been performing in the Valley for a number of years.  Dick has been playing with the top players in the valley since the early 1970's.  Jack Sheldon joined the group in November 2001, and they recorded a CD in December 2001, which includes the popular "Peg O' My Heart" and the "Colonel Bogey March" (Theme from the Bridge Over the River Kwai). The Nostalgics at the Payson Concert Under The Stars, July 2002 (right).  The guys had a great time performing in front of a crowd estimated at 2000 people.  They have also played at the Mill Avenue Street Fair (Tempe, AZ), four events over two years.

Recording Projects & Performances

Jack is available for recording projects, and records (below, left) for a recently completed CD for Chuck Peterson, a popular local singer / songwriter.  He also plays for various classic rock bands in and around the Phoenix metropolitan area, (below, right).
