Section 406.024, Texas Government Code Notary Public may charge the following
1. Protesting a bill or note for nonacceptance or nonpayment...............$ 4.00
2. Taking the acknowledgment or proof of deed................................... $ 6.00
3. Administering an oath or affirmation............................................... $ 6.00
4. Taking the deposition of a witness, 50 cents for each 100 words;
5. Swearing a witness to a deposition.................................................$ 6.00

Substitute Childcare

We are pleased to introduce Mrs. Bertha Guerrero as our substitute caregiver. Bertha has worked for both childcare centers, as well as registered homes. Bertha meets the minimum standards required by the Texas Department of Protective & Regulatory Services. In addition to keeping her CPR & First Aid Certificates current, Bertha also attends monthly training seminars & workshops.
