A HAPPY & HEALTHY
NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE
Caroling at Arden Court Alzheimer’s Center: On December 5th several Rotarian’s and one of our UM Interactors gathered to harmonize for our annual Christmas Holiday Caroling at Arden Court in King of Prussia. Vocal leader, Frank Nolan, was accompanied by George Acosta, Grover and Charlotte Emrich ,Fred and Barbara Giuffrida, Bob Hoyt, Wellington Hu and Carl Pinto. After pizza we joined the staff and residents in the adjacent social center for an a cappella cantata. Following the sing-along we distributed stuffed toys among the residents, many of whom also sang and were in fine voice. We managed an occasional applause from the residents.(Photos pg. 4)
Fellowship Night-Blue Pacific: On 27 November several Rotarians gathered for a terrific get-together at Blue Pacific for an evening of fine dining and socializing outside of the traditional Monday meeting framework. Enjoying the camaraderie were George Acosta, John Alfonse Darryl Bacchi, Grover Emrich, Fred Giuffrida, Jeff Guzy, Rose Hykel, Wellington Hu, Audrey Leavitt, Carl Pinto, Peter Quinn, Dave Rebmann, Dave Staiger, George Shoffner, Faith Silverthorne, Jock Wright, and Myrna Youngberg. All agreed this was an event that requires repeating more often during our Rotary year. (Photos pg. 4)
