Tips for Tile floors Between Cleanings..
1.use only mild detergents on wax floors,
2.No hot water ,as it will melt the wax,use warm or cold water only
3.No mopping until 4-5 days after new wax job.
4.Keep floor mats off new wax until 3-4 days later.
5. have felt pads installed on bottoms of chairs, or rubber caps
6. 1 OZ of pinesol in 4 gallons water in mop bucket
to clean floor leaves minimal residue.

Tips: for carpet spots, use tips at your own risk,
1. Spots: sometimes white vinegar 1/3 cup to 2/3 cups of water.
2.Always test on inconspicuos area for color fastness.
3.Most people take a rag and stomp on it , this drives the stain deeper into
the carpet, heat will take stains out sometimes, like using an old steam iron on
the lowest settings,over a cloth rag or towel ,(white), the stain should transfer to the towel.
4. Wax spilled on carpet, thanks to customers like you,
here is some tips for it: Freeze the wax spot with ice cubes and scrape away,or
use a brown paper bag on it with a warm iron over it, be sure to change the bag
when it transfers to it,
5.Grease stains: use a natural citrus cleaner on it,
6.Paint removal: glycol ether, a solvent from your local carpet store..
7.Always rub gently from the outside edge of stain towards center.,to prevent
smearing worse.
8. Pet stains; odor can be gotten rid of by a weak solution of water and vinegar,
usually 1 cup to 1 gallon of water. apply with rag
